Here's a few of the pictures that we just got. We were out until 10:30pm last night so we're just now getting ready to post things. Here's one to tide you over for a bit.

Disappointing Day

Good news is that Matt felt the babies for the first time yesterday... it was pretty cool...

Bad news for today is that the Bellevue Maternal and Fetal place screwed up big time and didn't have us scheduled. However, they had my referral from the doc that the only way they could is if I asked her to send one after I talked with one of them. It was weird.

We made ourselves feel better by eating ice cream.

New appointment (officially) is Wed. at 3pm so we'll update then. Sorry to disappoint... we were too.

The Waiting Game...

More news on this pregnancy journey is that sleep is awesome! Dreams are crazy... and I can tell when there's a hormone surge. How?? I feel ticked at everything for no reason. But at least I warn Matt ahead of time :)

Also new this week is super swelling feet. I'm trying to take care of it with the support socks Matt picked up for me this week. Being a teacher on your feet all day won't help much, but we'll see what happens.

The great anticipation of Monday is overwhelming for figuring out the sexes. I can hardly wait as it will give us the chance to solidify names, and give us comfort that all is well...I'm excited for it. Monday 2:30pm is the appointment, and we won't be outta there until 5pm, so I'll post soon after that.

Our friends and family have been so awesome at being supportive from maternity clothes to babies needs that we have no idea about. They've just been giving us stuff that we'll use with them.... We are going to register at Babies R Us for all the other stuff though, but we're not totally ready as we need to know sexes . Oh well..One thing at a time.

We're practicing this weekend as we're caring for our niece/nephew right now. It's awesome!

Feelings...

So I can feel the babies rollin' around in there! It's nuts! Yesterday it was pretty much for the whole day. It's still pretty random when it will happen. Matt really wants to be able to feel them, but we have to wait.
Spring Break is now -- so the goal is to get through as many errands as I can. You know, things like getting tabs for the car, and such.

Twin Update no foolin'

Doc's appointment went well today. We got to hear both heartbeats very clearly. One was 150 and the other 160. We know the wives tales of the numbers, but doubt them right now. I've got to gain more lbs, and eat more protein, so that's a priority. My uter"us" is double the size of a singleton's mom, which means they are growing for sure, and I'm on track for "twin mom size".

We need to do the moving around of the furniture in the next month or so while I still have energy etc. And we need to pain the babies room, but we'll get there. One step at a time.
Also keeping an eye on blood pressure as it is a bit elevated, but we're not concerned yet.

Good news is that April 27th we find out the sexes and get the really cool pictures of them that I'll be sure to post. So far so good...
